The Show. TheSimpleTable.com was born with the idea of creating a grassroots cooking show where food is the star. We were tired of seeing cooking shows becoming more about drama and enormous production budgets. Our episodes are shot on a $50 Flip video camera, we edit using iMovie, and our production crew is made up of my two kids ages 6 and 7.
On Location. Most of the time, you can find us cooking in our kitchen but from time-to-time we will take the show out on the road to visit local culinary establishments or to just enjoy a meal in different locations.
Recipes. We like to experiment with different tastes, flavors, and combinations. In our recipe section, you will find a collection of family favorites that are both new and those that have evolved over the years.
