Food traditions can be as involved as spending days preparing for a special feast or as simple as picking up a bucket of chicken on your way to Grandma and Grandpa’s house.

Take a minute to slow down and think how food has become a tradition in your life and how a simple meal can serve as an opportunity to share stories with family and friends.

Love the new intro. You were only 2 years old when Grandpa used to bring the Kentucky Fried Chicken for lunch, almost every day. I love KFC as well, boating parties, tailgates, and always a quick meal to take to the cabin site. Love your show!

What a great post! This will be a great start to those two children’s fond memories as well. Thanks for sharing a peek into your memories :-)
